Wintermelon (or winter melon) is a large fruit that belongs to the honeydew family. It has an orange, brown color that tastes refreshing. It has a concentrated sweetness that has a slightly grassy note.

Use Bossen's exclusive Wintermelon Syrup to flavor bubble teas, boba smoothies, and ice-blended fruit beverages. You can even add it as a topping on snow cones and shaved ice. Some stores use this product as a syrup topping on frozen yogurt. We recommend adding 8 oz. of syrup to every one gallon of plain frozen yogurt.

Suggested Use for Multi-Use Fruit Syrups

Iced (Fruit Refresher/Sparkling Refresher/Italian Soda) (16 fl oz): Add 2 fl. oz. of your choice of Bossen fruit syrup to a cocktail shaker. Then add ⅔ of a 16 fl. oz. cup of ice (6 oz. by weight) and 8 fl. oz. of tea, sparkling water, club soda, lemonade, fruit juice or your choice of liquid. Shake well and serve. Add popping boba or tapioca balls to enhance the customer experience. Take it up on notch by adding "Spicy Chili Powder Blend". Your customers will love these!

Hot (16 fl oz): Add 2 fl. oz. of your choice of fruit syrup and 12 fl. oz. of hot tea to a hot cup. Stir well and serve.

Blended (16 fl oz): Combine 3 fl. oz. pf your choice of fruit syrup and 2 scoops of non dairy creamer (for a smoothie) in a blender jar. Add a heaping 16 fl. oz. cup of ice (13 oz. by weight) and 4 fl. oz. of water. Blend well and serve.

Premium Fruit Slush in a Slush Machine: The ratio of syrup to water is 1:5 (1 part syrup and 5 part water). As there are many brands of slush machines with different slush consistency be sure to tweak the recipe or change the slush consistency of your machine to suit your needs.
