Every brand on Shoppa is Canadian-owned. Not every product is manufactured in Canada. In some categories (textiles, apparel, electronics) manufacturing still happens overseas so Canadian businesses can stay cost-competitive. We label every product using Government of Canada guidelines. Product of Canada, Made in Canada, Canadian Owned, so you always know what you're buying. Because your order supported more than one Canadian business. Each brand ships its own products directly to you, so a multi-brand order arrives in multiple parcels, sometimes on different days. You'll get tracking for each one.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, with exceptions. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by the individual brands, so availability varies by product. If the brand ships to your region, so do we. Available options appear at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll get tracking by email as each parcel ships. For anything urgent, email orders@shoppa.ca.
How do returns work?
Returns are handled through us. Start a return from your account or email orders@shoppa.ca and we'll take it from there. Returns are subject to the Merchants Terms and Conditions.
How do rewards points work?
You earn points on every order and redeem them for money off future purchases. Pride that pays you back. This program is coming soon!

Yes. Products are shoppable in the stream. Tap, add to cart, and check out without missing a moment of the stream.
