each tea bag is filled with sea salt and a fragrant blend of lavender, calendula, raspberry leaf, comfrey, chamomile, yarrow + rosemary. steep it just like your favourite cup of tea, then add it to your bath or peri bottle.

and while we made sitz with postpartum in mind, you definitely don’t need to have just had a baby to enjoy a relaxing herbal sóak.

steep one tea bag in 8 cups of freshly boiled water for 20 minutes. just like your favourite cuppa tea.

add the brewed sitz bath tea to bath water and sóak for 20 minutes, or allow it to cool before adding to a peri bottle for external use.
