Frequently asked questions about how to choose a corset :

How tight should this corset feel?
Your corset should can feel tight, but not painful. The steel spiral boning moulds to your body and reduces the waist by up to 10cm, but you should still be able to breathe and move comfortably. Start with the busk loosely fastened and lace in gradually rather than pulling tight on the first wear.

How do I measure myself for the right size?
Measure the narrowest point of your waist, usually just above your belly button. Check our size chart in the sizing section before ordering, or get in touch with us to if you want to find out what type of corset and what size should you choose.

Will lacing it up damage the corset over time?
No, not with normal wear. The lace-up busk fastening is built for repeated tightening and loosening. Just avoid yanking the laces suddenly — ease into it each time, and hand wash to keep the boning and fabric in shape long-term.

Can I wear this every day?
Yes. It's designed to work as both lingerie and outerwear, so you can wear it under a blazer for structure or on its own for a night out. Give your body a break from tight lacing occasionally, the same way you would with any fitted garment.

What if I've never worn a corset before?
You can start with a loose lacing, and adjust it tighter over a few wears as you get used to the fit. Most people find their comfortable tightness within the first two or three times wearing it.
