Patisserie Tea is one of those blends that makes you stop after the first sip and wonder exactly what you’re tasting. Rich black tea is layered with pistachio and sliced almond, then given an unexpected twist with cumin, coriander and pink peppercorn.
The nuts bring sweet, pastry-like richness while the spices keep the blend intriguing rather than simply sweet. It’s warm, aromatic and wonderfully distinctive — the tea equivalent of wandering into a patisserie and wanting one of everything.
A longtime Tealish favourite brought back by popular demand, Patisserie is delicious straight but becomes downright decadent with milk.
