Sourced directly from family-owned producers in Kyoto, Japan near the Uji region. Leaves are shade-grown using reed screens before being hand-picked, gently steamed, and dried. Stems and veins are removed before final processing in Shizuoka and airtight packaging in Canada to ensure peak freshness.
