Partnering with Descafecol, who bring over 30 years of expertise, the coffee is decaffeinated naturally using fermented locally sourced sugarcane. This process gently removes the caffeine and preserves the bean's authentic essence and rich Colombian character. The result is a vibrant and full-bodied cup.
By choosing this coffee, you are supporting a legacy of quality and community. Sourced through Colombian cooperatives, this coffee represents the hard work of small farmers who use sustainable practices and invest in their local communities.
Whether you prefer a pour-over, French press, espresso, or drip, this versatile bean is best showcased with a medium roast.
