Complete ready to use paste for making premium Acai sorbet. You add just the water. Room temperature storage (18°/25°), no need to stay frozen. Perfect for Acai Bowls, Acai Ice Cream, Acai Gelato, Acai Frozen Yogurt, Acai Smoothies, Acai Slush, Acai Waffles, Acai Crepes and Acai Baking/Chocolate related products.
Format: 250g Trial, 3 KG Bucket, or Case of 2 x 3 KG
Mixing Instructions:
- For Soft Serve Sorbet: Mix one bucket of Acai paste (3 KG) with 4L of water and pour into soft serve machine.
- For Sorbet Gelato: Mix one bucket of Acai paste (3 KG) with 3.5L of water and pour into batch freezer.
