Who is it for?

This primal lamb dog food suits owners who want to feed raw without the handling and storage demands of frozen food. The lamb base makes it a practical choice for dogs that don't tolerate poultry well.

It works as a complete meal, a topper, or a training reward, and it's a useful option for owners who rotate proteins across a variety of dog breeds and sizes.

If you rotate proteins, you may also like the Primal - Beef Nuggets Freeze Dried Dog Food, the Primal - Lamb Pronto Freeze Dried Dog Food, or the Primal - Turkey & Sardine Nuggets Freeze Dried Dog Food.

How do you feed and use it?

Feed as a complete meal, a topper, or a training reward. To rehydrate, cover the nuggets in warm water or broth for a few minutes until softened — often preferred for dogs new to freeze-dried food or those that benefit from extra moisture.

Follow the feeding guide on the bag based on your dog's weight and activity level, and always provide fresh water. Transition gradually over 7–10 days by mixing with your dog's current food in increasing amounts.

The shelf-stable format also makes this primal lamb freeze dried food convenient for travel. Pack a small portion in a sealed container for outings, and rehydrate at home when you're ready to feed.

Available for same-day pickup at our North York, Toronto storefront, or ships Canada-wide.
