Specifications

Who is it for?

This recipe is built for dogs whose owners want a fish-forward, clean-label kibble with visible superfood inclusions. It suits dogs that do well on salmon and whitefish as their main proteins, and households looking for a food free from corn, wheat, and soy.

It meets AAFCO nutrient profiles for all life stages except large-breed growth, so it's appropriate for most adult dogs when fed to maintain a healthy body condition. For owners who want to buy salmon dog food as a complete daily meal, this recipe fits everyday feeding.

Feeding & use

Follow the feeding guide on the bag based on your dog's weight and activity level, and always provide fresh water. When transitioning from another food, mix increasing portions of Epic Blend with the previous food over 7–10 days to support digestive adjustment.

Store the bag sealed in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness of the air-dried morsels and the probiotic coating. Choose from the 3.5 lb or 18 lb bag depending on your dog's size and how often you feed.

If you rotate proteins, try the Open Farm - Epic Blend Beef & Superfood Dry Dog Food or the Open Farm - Epic Blend Chicken & Superfood Dry Dog Food. For younger dogs, the Open Farm - Grain Free Chicken & Salmon Puppy Dry Dog Food keeps a similar clean-label approach with a puppy-appropriate formula.
