Natural Balance - Limited Ingredient Diet Salmon & Sweet Potato Dry Dog Food

TL;DR: Natural Balance Limited Ingredient Diet Salmon & Sweet Potato is a grain-free dry dog food built around a single animal protein — salmon — paired with sweet potato. It's formulated for adult dogs with food sensitivities whose owners want a short, transparent ingredient list.

This limited-ingredient recipe uses one animal-protein source and one primary carbohydrate, with no poultry, corn, wheat, or soy. That simplicity makes it easier to identify what your dog does and doesn't tolerate.

The formula is free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives, and is complete and balanced for adult maintenance.

Who is it for?

This formula suits adult dogs whose owners are navigating food sensitivities, ingredient reactions, or simply prefer a short ingredient list. Because the animal protein comes only from salmon, it's a practical starting point for an elimination-style feeding plan.

Dogs who do well on fish-based diets, or who haven't tolerated poultry, corn, wheat, or soy, are a natural fit. If you want to buy salmon online for a sensitive dog, this is a straightforward, single-protein choice.

Feeding & use

Feed according to the bag's feeding guide, adjusting for your dog's weight, age, and activity level. Transition gradually over 7–10 days by mixing increasing amounts of the new food with the current food to support digestive comfort.

Keep fresh water available at all times, and store the kibble sealed in a cool, dry place to preserve flavour and freshness. This limited-ingredient salmon dog food makes a steady, repeatable meal for dogs on a consistent routine.

How does this fit alongside a consistent diet plan?

A sensitivity-friendly diet works best when it stays predictable day to day. Sticking with one salmon-based recipe helps you monitor how your dog responds over time, rather than switching proteins frequently.
