Dofu Cat - Natural Coffee + Bean Cat Litter

TL;DR: Dofu Cat Natural Coffee + Bean Cat Litter is a plant-based, flushable clumping litter made from upcycled bean and pea fibre plus decaffeinated coffee grounds. It's a good fit for cat owners who want low dust, low tracking, and natural odour control without artificial fragrance.

This litter uses food-industry by-products — bean fibre, pea fibre, and decaffeinated coffee grounds — to absorb moisture and neutralize odour. The result is quick clumps, easy scooping, and a subtle coffee scent instead of perfume.

What makes this cat litter different?

It's a renewable, flushable alternative to clay and silica, built around upcycled plant fibre rather than mined materials. The certified 99% dust-free formula keeps tracking and airborne dust low around the litter box.

Specifications

Who is it for?

This litter suits cat owners looking for a plant-based, flushable alternative to clay or silica. It's a practical choice for small apartments, multi-cat homes, and anyone sensitive to dust or strong perfumes in conventional litters.

If you're comparing options, you may also like the Dofu Cat - Natural Tofu Cat Litter for a classic tofu-based formula, or the Okocat - Natural Wood Clumping Cat Litter for a wood-fibre alternative. Cat parents who also share a home with a dog often add Crumps' Natural - Gutsy Happy Bites Dog Treats to the order.

Feeding & use

Fill a clean litter box with roughly 5–7 cm of litter. Scoop clumps daily and top up as needed; small amounts of used clumps can be flushed down the toilet, or disposed of with regular waste.

When fully refreshing the box, empty the old litter, wash and dry the tray, then add a new layer. Transition gradually from your previous litter by mixing the two for several days so your cat adjusts to the new texture and scent.
