Specifications

Who is it for?

This Canadian Naturals lamb dog food is formulated for adult dogs, particularly those who do better on a shorter ingredient list or who have reacted to more common proteins like chicken or beef. If you're searching for canadian naturals lamb and rice dog food as an everyday maintenance diet, this is the core recipe in that line.

It suits dogs of many breeds and sizes who show signs of digestive sensitivity, as well as owners who prefer a transparent, single-protein recipe. Available in 5 lb and 25 lb bags to match your household. Always transition gradually from your current food over 7–10 days.

Is lamb a good choice for sensitive dogs?

Lamb is often used in limited ingredient diets because many dogs have had less prior exposure to it than to chicken or beef, which can make it a useful option for rotation or for dogs with known sensitivities. Paired with brown rice, this canadian naturals lamb and brown rice dog food keeps the carbohydrate profile simple and digestible.
