BuD'z - Scratching Post With Sisal

TL;DR: The BuD'z - Scratching Post With Sisal is a vertical, sisal-wrapped post that gives cats a stable surface for claw-sharpening and full-body stretches. Available in Medium and Large, it's a practical pick for indoor cat households looking to redirect scratching away from furniture.

Cats scratch to shed claw sheaths, mark territory, and stretch. This BuD'z - Scratching Post With Sisal gives them a dedicated vertical surface wrapped in sisal rope — a texture many cats prefer over carpet or cardboard.

What makes this scratch post work?

The post is covered in sisal rope, which holds up to repeated clawing and satisfies the rough-texture preference many cats have. The vertical design encourages a full upward stretch, helping redirect clawing away from sofas, rugs, and door frames.

Key features

• Sisal rope wrap along the full post for a durable, cat-preferred scratching texture.
• Vertical orientation that supports full-body stretching during scratching.
• Neutral grey tone that blends into most rooms.
• Free-standing design to help protect furniture and carpets.
• Available in two sizes: Medium and Large.

Specifications

Who is it for?

This bud'z scratch box/post suits indoor cats of most ages and sizes who need a dedicated vertical surface for claw care. It's a good fit for households trying to protect furniture, rugs, or door frames from scratching damage.

Choose from Medium or Large. Kittens and smaller cats often do well with the Medium, while larger or very active cats benefit from the Large for fuller stretches.

Feeding & use

Place the post in a room your cat already uses — ideally near a favourite nap spot or next to furniture they've been scratching. Cats often stretch and scratch right after waking, so proximity to sleeping areas helps form the habit.

If your cat is new to sisal, a light sprinkle of catnip near the base can encourage first use.
