This isn't your everyday coffee… and now it’s even more intentional.

Our Tanzania Peaberry remains that rare, single-bean wonder, but we’ve lightened the roast and tightened development to ~16%, letting more of its natural character shine through. Less roast weight, more origin voice.

The result? A cup that feels purer, brighter, and just a little more electric… without losing that signature BBCR roundness.

What you’ll taste

• Toasted caramel sweetness — still warm and comforting, but more refined
• Creamy vanilla — smooth, round, and silky
• Lively fruit lift — brighter now, adding a little crisp spark to the finish

Why Peaberry is so cool

Peaberries are the overachievers of the coffee world.
One bean. One cherry. All the nutrients.

Only about 5–10% of coffee cherries produce them, and since they grow solo, they tend to be more concentrated, more expressive, and just… a little bit extra.

We aren't saying they’re better. We’re just saying they don't share well.

Why it hits different

By pulling back the roast and tightening the development, we’ve let this coffee show what it does naturally best. It’s still velvety and approachable, but now there’s more clarity, more life, and a finish that has you going, “wait… one more sip.”
