Care Instructions: 

• Easy to clean and maintain with simple oiling and occasional sanding
• Hand wash only.
• Dry board vertically on its edge.
  
• Use mild soap.
  
• Do not put in dishwasher, submerge in water, use vegetable oils (rancid risk), let wet foods on board for extended period of time
• Apply food-safe mineral oil evenly to all surfaces. Let penetrate for at least 3 hours, then wipe excess. Condition weekly for the first month, then monthly or whenever wood looks dry or faded
