What is linden flower? 

The American linden is a common tree in Quebec, including in cities, particularly in parks and even along sidewalks. You've probably seen it before! Its small yellow flowers are very fragrant and bloom in late June. So, in early summer, you can smell their sweet scent during a stroll.

How to use linden flower?

This flower is often used in herbal teas and infusions, but it can also add a subtle touch of sweetness to desserts and savory dishes.

You can grind them into a powder with a mortar, then sprinkle them into your dishes as your creativity dictates.
