What is stinging nettle?
Common nettle, also known as stinging nettle, dioecious nettle, great nettle, or tall nettle, is a wild plant found throughout Canada. Its leaves, hand-harvested mainly in the Lac Saint-Jean region, are dried and then ground, and can be used in cooking or infusions.
How to use nettle?
