Tisane en vrac Inuit - Thé du Labrador (Mamaittuqutik)

A steaming cup, a scent of mint and boreal forest: the day slows down a notch. The Labrador Tea (Mamaittuqutik) blend brings together Labrador tea leaves, peppermint, bearberry, fennel, and ginger, here in a bulk box of sachets.

The Boreal Delight line was born from the work of the Avataq Cultural Institute, an Inuit cultural organization in Nunavik created in 1980, which first documented traditional herbalism with Elders before developing it into a line of herbal teas in the early 2000s. The northern plants in the blend, including Labrador tea from the tundra, are hand-picked and dried by residents of Nunavik communities in Northern Quebec.

Format: bulk box of 48 or 50 sachets, depending on the version. Please refer to the label of the product received.

Ingredients: bearberry leaves (uva-ursi), peppermint leaves, Labrador tea leaves (Mamaittuqutik), licorice root, eucalyptus leaves, bitter fennel seeds, coltsfoot leaves, ginger root.

Suggested use: let one sachet steep for 3 to 5 minutes in a cup of hot water, depending on the desired intensity.

Storage: in an airtight container, away from humidity.

Origin: northern plants hand-picked and dried in the communities of Nunavik, Northern Quebec.

Precautions: contains Labrador tea, which the manufacturer presents as a stimulant.
