Ingredients: salt, maple sugar, black pepper, smoked paprika, ground coffee, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander seed, ground dune pepper (Alnus crispa).

Allergens: contains garlic and onion. Gluten-free, but some ingredients may be processed in a facility that handles gluten.

Usage suggestion: rub the mixture generously on meat before cooking. Suitable for steaks, game, ribs, burgers, bone-in beef, brisket, salmon, chicken, and breakfast potatoes; on the barbecue (gas, charcoal, or wood), in the oven, pan, air fryer, over a campfire, or in a smoker.

Storage: in an airtight container, away from light and humidity.
