Open Farm - Grain Free Tide & Terrain RawMix Dry Dog Food

TL;DR: Open Farm Grain Free Tide & Terrain RawMix is a grain-free dry dog food that blends pollock, salmon, and beef kibble with freeze-dried raw chunks. It meets AAFCO nutritional profiles for all life stages, except large-breed growth for dogs expected to exceed 70 lbs, and suits dog owners who want non-GMO ingredients with transparent sourcing.

Each bag layers kibble coated in beef bone broth with freeze-dried raw pieces, so a bowl of this Open Farm dry dog food with beef delivers two textures without any mixing or thawing on your part.

Whole-food inclusions round out the recipe: sweet potato, pumpkin, carrots, cranberries, and flaxseed. It contains no grains, corn, wheat, soy, or legumes, which makes it worth considering for dogs that react to common fillers.

Who is it for?

This Open Farm dog dry food fits adult dogs and mixed-age households that want a recipe combining fish and beef proteins in one bowl. It's a sensible pick for dogs sensitive to grains or legumes, and for owners who prioritize non-GMO produce and clear sourcing.

One caveat: because it excludes large-breed growth, it is not intended for puppies expected to weigh more than 70 lbs at maturity.

Feeding & use

Follow the daily feeding guide printed on the bag, then adjust for your dog's weight, age, and activity level. Keep fresh water available at all times.

Transition gradually over 7–10 days, mixing an increasing share of the new food with the current food to give the digestive system time to adapt. Store the bag sealed in a cool, dry place to protect the freeze-dried raw pieces and the bone-broth coating on the kibble.
