Open Farm - Tide & Terrain & Ancient Grains RawMix Dry Dog Food

TL;DR: Open Farm Tide & Terrain & Ancient Grains RawMix is a dry dog food that blends pollock, salmon, and beef with non-GMO ancient grains and freeze-dried raw meat pieces. It's formulated for all life stages except large-breed growth, making it a strong pick for owners who want transparent ingredients paired with texture variety.

This recipe layers a multi-protein base of pollock, salmon, and beef with kibble coated in beef bone broth, then tops it with freeze-dried raw meat chunks for added flavour and nutrient density. Oats and barley provide digestible carbohydrates and fibre, and the formula leaves out corn, wheat, and soy.

Available in two bag sizes — 3.5 lb or 20 lb — so you can trial the recipe or stock up for a multi-dog household.

Specifications

Who is it for?

This Open Farm dry dog food suits adult dogs and puppies (excluding large-breed puppies) whose owners want a fish-and-beef rotation paired with ancient grains rather than a legume-heavy recipe. It's a good fit for households that value ingredient traceability and want the texture of kibble plus freeze-dried raw pieces in one bag.

Choose from the 3.5 lb bag to trial the recipe or the 20 lb bag for regular feeding. For owners comparing the cheapest dry dog food online, the smaller size is a low-commitment way to test how your dog responds before committing to the larger bag.

Feeding & use

Transition gradually over 7–10 days by mixing increasing amounts of the new food with your dog's current diet. Follow the feeding guide printed on the bag based on your dog's weight and activity level, and keep fresh water available at all times.

Store the bag sealed in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.
