Air-drying gently removes moisture to keep the recipe shelf-stable in a dense, jerky-like format. It works as a complete meal or as a high-value topper over your dog's usual food.

Who is it for?

This recipe is a strong fit for adult dogs whose owners want a mackerel-and-lamb option with a focus on joint support. It's also a practical pick for dogs who do better on air-dried food than traditional kibble, or for households rotating proteins across meals.

Active adult dogs often do well on a denser, protein-forward format like this one. Its compact format also makes it a tidy option for travel or overnight trips. Feeding & use

Serve as a complete meal using ZIWI's weight-based feeding guide on the bag, or crumble a smaller portion over your dog's current food as a topper. When switching from another diet, transition gradually over 7–10 days to let digestion adjust.

Store the bag sealed in a cool, dry place after opening. Because the food is dense, most dogs need a smaller volume per meal than they would with kibble — weigh portions rather than eyeballing them.
