Riley & Rex - Stainless Steel Cat Litter Scoop

TL;DR: The Riley & Rex Stainless Steel Cat Litter Scoop is a heavy-duty sifting scoop built for clumping litter and multi-cat households. Its rust-resistant stainless steel build and slotted head make daily litter box cleaning faster and more reliable.

Plastic scoops bend, stain, and snap under the weight of clumped litter. This stainless steel scoop from Riley & Rex is built to hold up to that daily wear while sifting fine granules cleanly through its slotted head.

What makes this litter scoop different?

It's made from solid stainless steel, so it resists bending and rust in a way plastic alternatives can't match. The wide, slotted head sifts clumping litter quickly, and the shaped handle gives you a secure grip even when the scoop is full.

Key features

• Durable stainless steel construction that resists bending and rust

Specifications

Who is it for?

This scoop is built for cat owners who want a litter tool that will last for years rather than months. It's especially useful in multi-cat homes, where scoops get heavier use and plastic versions tend to fail quickly.

It pairs with any clumping clay or silica litter system and works alongside automated setups. If you're comparing where to buy scoops in the GTA, this is a straightforward, long-lasting pick.

Feeding & use

Scoop under waste and clumps, then gently shake the handle side to side so clean litter sifts back into the box through the slots. Tap off remaining dust, empty the clumps into a waste pail or bag, and rinse the scoop when needed.

Because the head is stainless steel, you can rinse it under warm water and wipe it dry without worrying about warping or absorbed odours. Air-dry it fully before storing near the litter box to prevent moisture build-up.
