Open Farm - Wild-Caught Salmon Jerky Strips Dog Treats

TL;DR: Open Farm Wild-Caught Salmon Jerky Strips are soft, air-dried salmon dog treats made grain-free with traceable salmon. They're a clean single-protein pick for training rewards or everyday snacking, suitable for puppies through adult dogs.

These strips deliver salmon flavour in a chewy, tear-apart format that works for dogs of all sizes. As part of the Open Farm salmon treat lineup, they focus on simple, recognizable ingredients without grains, glycerin, or fillers.

What makes these dog treats different?

The strips are gently air-dried to keep the texture soft rather than hard or brittle, which makes them easy to break into smaller pieces for training. Open Farm is known for ingredient traceability, so you can look up the sourcing of the salmon used in the batch.

If you want to buy salmon online for your dog in a treat format, this single-protein option keeps the ingredient list short and recognizable.

Who is it for?

These treats suit puppies old enough to handle chewy treats and adult dogs who do well on a grain-free, single-protein salmon option. The soft texture also makes them a practical choice for senior dogs.

Prefer to buy salmon in a rotation with other proteins? You may also like the Open Farm - Turkey Jerky Strips Dog Treats, Open Farm - Chicken Jerky Strips Dog Treats, or Open Farm - Grass-Fed Beef Jerky Strips Dog Treats from the same air-dried jerky line.

Feeding & use

Use them as a training reward, a high-value lure for recall practice, or an everyday snack. The strips tear easily, so you can portion a single piece into several smaller rewards during a session.

Treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog's daily caloric intake; adjust meal portions if you're using them heavily during training. Always provide fresh water, store the bag resealed in a cool, dry place, and supervise your dog when giving any chew or treat.

Choosing to buy salmon online through Ashario Pets means you can stock up on this treat alongside the rest of your dog's routine.
