NZPF Woof - Venison Lung Air Dried Dog Treats

TL;DR: NZPF Woof Venison Lung Air Dried Dog Treats are single-ingredient, hypoallergenic treats made from one thing: venison lung. They suit dogs with common-protein sensitivities, raw-fed dogs, and anyone who wants a clean, high-value training reward.

Made by The New Zealand Pet Food Co., this air dried dog food treat contains a single ingredient — venison lung — with no fillers or by-products. Air drying preserves nutrients while giving the treats a light, crunchy texture that snaps easily into training-sized pieces.

Specifications

Who is it for?

This is a practical choice for dogs with chicken or beef sensitivities, dogs on rotational or raw diets, and puppies or adults who need a low-distraction training reward. Because the ingredient list is a single novel protein, it's also useful for owners running an elimination feeding trial under guidance from their vet.

The lightweight, low-odour format works across many dog breeds and slips into a training pouch without mess — handy for walks, park visits, or reward-based sessions at home.

How does venison compare to other proteins?

Venison is a novel protein, which makes it useful when common proteins like chicken or beef trigger sensitivities. If you're rotating proteins or comparing air dried dog food brands, this venison option pairs naturally with the same range in other flavours.

Feeding & use

Offer as an occasional treat or training reward alongside a complete and balanced diet. Break larger pieces into pea-sized bites for training, and adjust your dog's daily food intake if you're giving several treats in a day.

Always supervise your dog when offering any chew or treat, and keep fresh water available. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the pack after opening to maintain crunch.

Available for same-day pickup at our North York, Toronto storefront, or ships Canada-wide.
