NZPF Woof - Beef Air Dried Dog Treats

TL;DR: NZPF Woof Beef Air Dried Dog Treats from The New Zealand Pet Food Co. are a grain-free, limited-ingredient air dried treat built around beef. They work as a training reward, meal topper, or everyday treat for adult dogs, including those with sensitive stomachs.

Air drying removes moisture at low temperatures so the treats stay shelf-stable without corn, wheat, or soy fillers. The result is a dense, jerky-like texture that most dogs find highly palatable.

Specifications

Who is it for?

These treats suit adult dogs whose owners want a short ingredient list built around a single animal protein. They're a practical pick for pet parents managing grain sensitivities, supporting sensitive stomachs, or rotating proteins beyond poultry.

Looking to buy beef treats that travel well? Beef air dried treats hold up in a training pouch and pack easily for trips to the dog park. Feeding & use

Use these treats as a high-value training reward, an everyday treat, or crumbled over your dog's regular bowl as a topper to boost mealtime interest. Adjust daily portions based on your dog's size, activity level, and overall diet, and always provide fresh water.

Introduce any new protein gradually over 5–7 days if your dog has a sensitive stomach. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening to keep the treats fresh.

How does air dried compare to kibble?

Unlike extruded kibble, air dried treats are processed at lower temperatures, which helps preserve the natural flavour and nutrient density of the beef. The trade-off is a denser product, so serving sizes are typically smaller than equivalent kibble portions.

Whether you want to buy beef treats for training or buy beef online to top up your dog's bowl, this limited-ingredient recipe keeps the ingredient list simple. Shoppers who buy beef tallow and other single-source beef products often appreciate the same short-deck approach here.
