NZPF Meow - Wild Goat Freeze Dried Cat Treats

TL;DR: NZPF Meow - Wild Goat Freeze Dried Cat Treats are a single-protein, hypoallergenic treat made from New Zealand goat. The freeze dried format keeps each piece lightweight and shelf-stable, making it a practical pick for adult cats with sensitivities to beef, chicken, or fish.

Goat is a novel protein for most cats, which is helpful when you're rotating away from common proteins. These freeze dried treats deliver single-protein simplicity with minimal processing.

Because each piece is freeze dried rather than cooked at high heat, the texture stays crisp and crumbles easily — useful as a standalone reward or as a topper over wet or dry food.

Specifications

Who is it for?

These are cat treats that are good for cats who are picky eaters or show signs of sensitivity to beef, chicken, or fish. A novel protein like goat is a reasonable option to try under your vet's guidance.

They also suit owners who prefer minimally processed, single-ingredient-style treats over heavily flavoured baked biscuits. If a clean ingredient list matters to you, The New Zealand Pet Food Co. goat treats fit the brief.

How do you feed freeze dried goat treats?

Offer them as a treat between meals, as a high-value reward during play or training, or crumble a few pieces over food to encourage interest at mealtime. Treats should make up no more than 10% of your cat's daily calories — adjust the main meal accordingly.

Always provide fresh water, especially with freeze dried foods. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the pack after each use to keep the pieces crisp.
