Northwest Naturals - Functional Toppers Goat Cheese

TL;DR: Northwest Naturals Functional Toppers Goat Cheese is a freeze-dried meal booster made from real goat cheese, designed to add flavour and variety to your dog's bowl. It's a practical pick for dogs with sensitive stomachs or picky appetites who do better with goat dairy than cow dairy.

Sprinkle this freeze-dried goat cheese over kibble, raw, or wet food to boost palatability and round out mealtime. Goat dairy is often easier on the stomach than cow dairy, which makes it a sensible option for dogs with digestive sensitivities.

While it's formulated as one of Northwest Naturals' dog toppers, the same gentle profile makes it worth a look for owners exploring cat toppers as an occasional flavour boost — check with your vet before introducing dairy to a cat's diet.

Specifications

Who is it for?

This topper is built for dogs with sensitive stomachs, picky eaters, and dogs who benefit from a little extra flavour at mealtime. Because goat dairy is typically easier to digest than cow dairy, it's a reasonable choice for dogs that react poorly to standard dairy toppers.

How do you use a freeze-dried goat cheese topper?

Sprinkle a small amount over your dog's regular meal. Start with a pinch to gauge tolerance — especially for dogs new to dairy — and adjust based on your dog's size and daily calorie needs.

It can be served dry or lightly rehydrated with a splash of warm water to release more aroma for picky eaters.
