Natural Balance - Limited Ingredient Diet Salmon & Sweet Potato Small Breed Dry Dog Food

TL;DR: Natural Balance Limited Ingredient Diet Salmon & Sweet Potato Small Breed is a grain-free dry dog food built around a single animal protein — salmon — with sweet potato as the main carbohydrate. It comes in a 4 lb bag with smaller kibble sized for small breed adult dogs, particularly those with sensitive stomachs.

This recipe keeps the ingredient list short to reduce the number of variables that can trigger food sensitivities. Salmon is the sole animal protein, and sweet potato replaces grains as the primary carbohydrate.

Who is it for?

This formula is a good match for small breed adult dogs whose owners want a short ingredient list and a single animal protein. It's worth considering for dogs that have struggled with multi-protein or grain-inclusive recipes, or for owners who simply prefer fewer moving parts in their dog's diet.

A consistent limited ingredient diet at home can help keep digestion predictable between walks and play sessions. The included omega fatty acids support skin and coat condition day to day. If you're looking to buy salmon online for a small breed dog with a sensitive stomach, this is a straightforward starting point.

Feeding & use

Feed as a complete and balanced daily diet for small breed adult dogs. Follow the feeding guide printed on the bag based on your dog's current weight, and always provide fresh water.

When switching from a previous food, transition gradually over 7–10 days to give your dog's digestive system time to adjust.
