BuD'z - Scratching Post With Sisal & Carpet

TL;DR: The BuD'z Scratching Post With Sisal & Carpet is a dual-surface cat scratcher that pairs a sisal-wrapped vertical post with a carpeted square base. It suits indoor cats who alternate between full-body stretching and ground-level pawing, and helps redirect clawing away from furniture.

This BuD'z scratch box/post combines two textures in one compact unit: rough sisal rope for vertical scratching and soft carpet for horizontal scratching. The neutral grey finish keeps it unobtrusive in living rooms, bedrooms, or quieter corners.

The large size measures approximately 39 × 39 × 81 cm, with a square base built to stay stable during enthusiastic scratching sessions.

Specifications

Who is it for?

This BuD'z scratch box/post suits indoor cats of small to medium size who alternate between vertical stretching and horizontal scratching. It's a good fit for households wanting to protect sofas, rugs, and door frames without dedicating a lot of floor space.

How do you set up and maintain the scratch post box?

Place the post in a spot your cat already frequents — near a resting area, window, or the furniture they currently scratch. If your cat ignores it at first, try rubbing a little catnip into the sisal or guiding their paws onto the post during play.

Check the sisal rope every few months for loose strands and trim as needed. Vacuum the carpeted base to remove loose fur and debris.
