INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

Ingredients: RICE NOODLE (RICE FLOUR AND WATER), BEEF (COOKED, DICED AND FREEZE-DRIED), SAUCE (SAVORY SOUP BASE (YEAST EXTRACT, NATURAL FLAVOR), SEA SALT, ORGANIC EVAPORATED CANE JUICE, GARLIC, ONION, LIME JUICE POWDER (CORN SYRUP, LIME JUICE WITH LIME OIL), CILANTRO, CINNAMON, GARLIC, BLACK PEPPER, GINGER), CARROTS, MUSHROOMS, SRIRACHA PACKET (ORGANIC EVAPORATED CANE JUICE, PAPRIKA, WHITE VINEGAR, (MALTODEXTRIN, AND DISTILLED VINEGAR), JALAPENO CHILI POWDER, TOMATO, GARLIC, SALT), LIME JUICE POWDER PACKET (CITRIC ACID, LIME OIL, LIME JUICE, ASCORBIC ACID (VITAMIN C), ORGANIC EVAPORATED CANE JUICE), GREEN ONION.

PREPARATION & STORAGE

Directions: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 3 cups (750 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Add lime and sriracha packets to taste. Stir and serve. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet.
