Ashario Pets - Reflective Safety Muzzle With Collar - Small

TL;DR: The Ashario Pets Reflective Safety Muzzle With Collar (Small) is a breathable muzzle with reflective accents and an integrated collar, built for small-breed dogs. It supports safer walks, grooming, and vet visits by restricting biting while still allowing panting and natural movement.

Muzzles are a practical control tool for moments when your small dog needs extra guidance — vet visits, grooming sessions, crowded sidewalks, or unfamiliar environments. This model pairs a soft muzzle with a built-in collar so you can manage restraint and leash attachment in one streamlined piece.

Reflective detailing improves visibility during early-morning or evening walks, making it a useful part of a control4 training routine for reactive or anxious small-breed dogs.

What are the key features?

• Comfort-first fit for small breeds — allows panting and natural movement while restricting biting.

Specifications

Who is it for?

This muzzle is built for small-breed dogs whose owners want a calm, controlled handling option in stressful or high-stimulation situations. It suits nervous groom-day dogs, reactive walkers, and small dogs that need a reliable bite-prevention layer during travel or vet appointments.

For larger dogs at home, see the Ashario Pets - Reflective Safety Muzzle With Collar - Medium or the Ashario Pets - Reflective Safety Muzzle With Collar - Large. For leash-based handling, pair it with the Ashario Pets - Outdoor Training Chain Dog Collar as part of your daily walking kit.

Feeding & use

Slip the muzzle over your dog's snout, fasten the collar behind the ears, and use the adjustable straps to achieve a snug — not tight — fit. Your dog should be able to pant, drink, and open their mouth slightly; if the straps press into the skin or flatten the nose, loosen them.

Introduce the muzzle gradually with short, positive sessions before extended wear. Within a control4 training approach, it is intended for supervised use during specific activities such as walks, grooming, or travel — not for all-day wear or unsupervised crating.

Think of this muzzle as one piece of a broader train control panel of tools you use to keep handling calm and predictable — a natural fit alongside other Ashario Pets training & control gear.
